reproduction of the Imperial Russian Medal for Service and Courage – Peace with Sweden, established during the reign of Catherine the Great to commemorate the signing of the Peace Treaty with Sweden in 1790.

It was conferred in recognition of service in the Russo–Swedish War of 1788–1790.
The reverse inscription translates to: “For Service and Bravery” and “Peace with Sweden Concluded 3 August 1790”.
