1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store operated at Valormedals.com (the “Store”).
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a consumer is an individual who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside that person’s trade, business or profession.
2. Contracting Party and Formation of the Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Valormedals, operating through Valormedals.com.
Product listings in the Store do not constitute a legally binding offer. They are an invitation for customers to submit an order.
By clicking the final order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your order. We may accept your offer by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.
3. Prices, Shipping Costs, Customs Duties and Taxes
All prices are displayed in the currency shown in the Store. Applicable shipping charges are shown separately during checkout.
For deliveries to countries outside the country of dispatch, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other fees may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment is charged in accordance with the payment method selected by the customer.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the destinations offered in the Store.
Any stated delivery time is an estimate unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed. Partial deliveries may be made where reasonably acceptable to the customer.
6. Retention of Title
Products remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract. Details are set out in the Cancellation Instructions below.
8. 14-Day Return Policy
In addition to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law, eligible products may be returned within 14 days in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
This return policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.
9. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present products and product information accurately. Minor differences may occur, including differences in colour caused by screen settings, lighting or photography.
Dimensions and weights may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Customer Accounts
Creating a customer account is optional. Customers are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for activity carried out through their account.
We may suspend or close an account where there is suspected misuse, fraud or a material violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Customer Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the Store, including product presentation and marketing.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
12. Warranty and Liability
Mandatory statutory warranty rights apply.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable losses arising from the breach of an essential contractual obligation.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent that this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the country in which the consumer normally resides.
14. Jurisdiction
Where the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or has no general place of jurisdiction within the European Union, the courts at our registered place of business shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
For consumers, the applicable statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unchanged.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions for legitimate operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The version in effect at the time an order is placed applies to that order.

Cancellation Instructions – Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Where goods are delivered separately under one order, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the final item.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or through our Contact Us page.

You may use a model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, except for additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed. You will not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day return period has expired.
Do not return an item before receiving the return address and return instructions from us.
Cost of Returning the Goods
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear that cost.
Diminished Value
You are responsible only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalised products or other products excluded under applicable law.
