A collector-made example based on the First Class Medal of the Russian Federation Order “For Merit to the Fatherland”.

The design features the Russian double-headed eagle over a red cross, presented in the characteristic gold-tone finish of the First Class award and suspended from a dark-red ribbon-mounted pentagonal block.
