• Front: Features the Kuomintang Blue Sky with White Sun emblem on a red flag, with surrounding Chinese characters denoting the 4th Training Class. The virtues 親愛精誠 (Loyalty, Dedication, Love, and Sincerity) are inscribed.
• Reverse: Engraved with guiding principles for cadets, such as duty, honor, integrity, and discipline. Includes a unique serial number (0276).
