1939 Defence of Slovakia Medal – Javorina Orava Variant with Ribbon

carefully made reproduction of the Slovak medal “Za obranu Slovenska v marci 1939” (For the Defence of Slovakia in March 1939). Shield-shaped bronze-tone piece with sword, leaves and “1939” on the obverse. The reverse is the sought-after Javorina–Orava version, inscribed “ZA OBRANU SLOVENSKA / JAVORINA / ORAVA.” Supplied on the correct blue-white with orange edges ribbon and pin-back bar.
